What is and isn't included, in the same font size as the promise.

When do I pay?

Nothing now. You send a booking request, we confirm your slot by email, and only then send a payment link.

What exactly do I get, and when?

Race Story: 8–10 photos and a 20–30s reel. Race Reel: 15 photos, a 30–45s hero reel and raw clips. VIP Day: 25 photos, a 45–60s reel and a post-race interview. Delivered the next morning.

Do you film me on the course?

Pre-race, post-race and race-day storytelling. On-course coverage only where venue rules permit — we never promise station coverage or following you through the race.

How does the crew find me?

You send your start time, bib number and a photo of what you'll race in. That is what the crew reads on race morning.

Are you affiliated with HYROX or the event?

No. RACEFRAME is an independent service, not affiliated with HYROX or Sportograf. HYROX is a registered trademark of its respective owner.

What if I miss my start or the event is cancelled?

If the organiser cancels or postpones, you get a full refund or move the booking to the new date. If you miss your start but are at the venue, we still shoot the pre- and post-race story. Full details in the Terms.

Can I post the content and give it to my sponsor?

Yes — it is made for you to post. Creators get sponsor-ready assets in the Creator race pack; brands book the sponsor pilot, with usage rights documented.

Can I book for a friend, or as a doubles team?

Yes. One package per athlete — put the second name and bib number in the message, or send two requests. We shoot you together where the story is shared and separately where it isn't.
